We have a network of coaches, nutritionists and experienced athletes available to our athletes during camps. If a team or group does not have their own coaches, we will incorporate our professionals to lead workouts and discussions. They bring a high level of expertise on everything endurance and will share their knowledge with the group.


Ken Szekretar

After several years racing triathlon competitively, Ken pursued his passion and became a USAT Level 1 certified triathlon coach. He has successfully coached many triathletes and runners, from those training for their first 5K run to others successfully qualifying for World Championships. With almost two decades of fitness experience specializing in performance enhancement and sports conditioning, Ken's background is well-suited for coaching athletes of all ability levels. In 2018 he had the opportunity to race at Ironman Lake Placid finishing in 10:31 placing 11th in his age group. Ken enjoys the challenge of balancing coaching, training, racing and family.

Danielle Gogarty

Danielle is the co-owner of RaD FaM Multisport along with her husband Ray. She has been a triathlete for over 10 years complete numerous 70.3 and 140.6 distance events. She is also a 2x USAT National AG qualifier. Danielle has multiple coaching certifications and was the co-moderator for the Raw Endurance Virtual Training Camp Speaker Series in June 2020.

Peter Helling

Peter Helling is a USAS swim coach, USAT Level 2 endurance triathlon coach and USAC Level 2 cycling coach w/ distinction, with over 15 years of endurance coaching experience. In addition, Peter is a USAC certified skills instructor. Finally, Peter is a USAT All American & WTC Silver All World Athlete, with over 20 years of competition experience.His coaching philosophy is to meet each athlete at their current level and develop them to higher performance.

Rebecca Carucci

Rebecca is a whole-food plant-based consultant and chef in the Gardiner, NY area. She provides support and services to individuals looking to improve health and performance by enjoying delicious, nutrient dense foods.

Rebecca provides the Nutrition Component for our camps and clinics as she discusses the importance for healthy eating to support fueling for training and racing.

Adam Zananski

Dr. Adam Zananski, PT, DPT, CMP has been involved in the sport of triathlon since 2013 and has completed all triathlon race distances from Sprint to Ironman. He is also an avid trail runner competing in 5k's to 50k's. Adam graduated with his of Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010 from Clarkson University and has practiced in a variety of clinical settings from outpatient orthopedic to subacute rehabilitation. He is able to uniquely combine his clinical knowledge as a PT with his racing experience and training to develop interventions to prevent injury and optimize performance.

Jaclyn Fahey

Jaclyn is a competitive swimmer turned long course triathlete and ultra runner. She is passionate about keeping athletes strong and healthy as they pursue their performance goals. With over 16 years of coaching experience in multisport, strength and nutrition, Jaclyn is able to lead camps helping athletes learn and develop their skills. Jaclyn is the Director and head coach of Landshark Endurance in Long Island, NY.

Carlos Guerrero

Carlos is our Bike Guru. He has been riding bikes for years and can often be seen (and heard) riding on Route 9W. Only in warmer weather though. HA! He will escort our groups on rides and be there to assist and educate our athletes. Carlos is a Lieutenant in the New York City Fire Department and the Captain of the FDNY Cycling Team.

Mikael Hanson

Mikael Hanson, a USA Cycling and USA Triathlon certified coach, has worked in a head coaching capacity with institutions such as Asphalt Green and Cadence Cycling and Multisport. Mikael has been published in numerous periodicals such as Bicycling, Triathlete, and Outside magazines. As a nationally ranked duathlete, he represented Team USA for the 2007, 2009, 2013, and 2015 World Duathlon Championships.

He currently coaches the New York University Cycling team, who won their first ever conference championships in 2015 and CRCA Development Foundation U23 Cycling Team.
