CIDER DONUT BIKE TOUR

New Route / Quicker Pace / HILLY COURSE

Different Farms / Yummy Donuts / fun afterparty

Details about the 2026 ride:

• Road Ride visiting local farms to taste cider donuts and apple cider

• 30 mile ride with options to join or leave the ride at any point

• Average speed 16-20mph. 1700 feet of climbing

• Route will be on open roads in New Paltz and Milton area

• The Map My Ride route is here

• Meeting location and starting point is Twin Star Orchards

• 8:50am Welcome remarks

• 9:00am ride begins behind the Bronco lead out vehicle

• We will visit these farms in this order:

  • Twin Star Orchard

  • Minard’s

  • Locust Groove Brewery

  • Dubois

  • Twin Star Orchard afterparty

    • Cider, Pizza, Burgers, Music

    • Hyperice Recovery Lounge with recovery boots
      

• All riders must register HERE

  • Fill out Athlete Information Form and complete the online waiver

• Registration is $40 per rider

  • includes a ticket for a donut or apple at each farm

  • CDBT water bottle

  • one cider drink at the finish

  • 15 minute boot session

• If registering for multiple riders, please register separately

• Additional donut tasting/food purchasing fees at each farm are covered by each rider on site

• Please ride with due regard for your surroundings, other cyclists and vehicles on the roadway

• Ride safely and obey all traffic laws. Helmets are advised. Ride single file and to the right

• Road or gravel bikes recommended. Tri TT bikes are ok if you ride in the rear. Fat bike if you feel strong !

• Riders of all levels are welcome

• No dogs please

• Ride is self supported regarding bike maintenance, flat tires and nutrition.

  • We will have a water cooler for refills

• Ride is rain or shine

  • We will ride if it is raining light

  • Moderate to heavy will cancel the ride

    • Registration fees could be carried over to new rescheduled date if it is postponed
