This triathlon training camp in New Paltz is a three day camp close to the Metro NYC area that hits specific workouts in a short amount of time. We will get swim, bike & run sessions in, focusing on the Short Course distance. Based in the foothills of the Catskills, this area provides moderate hills on the bike and off road trails on the run to challenge muscles and aerobic systems. Swims will be at SUNY New Paltz Aquatic Center or Moriello Pool. This is the ideal training ground for races such as the American Zofingen in May and the S.O.S Triathlon in September.  

Accommodations are at the the newly designed Minnewaska Lodge. Breakfast is served in the Great Room each morning and everyone can gather there or on the outdoor deck for Daily Briefings and Information Sessions. Relax in the evening around the fire pit in the rear yard overlooking the Shawangunk Mountains. 

Healthy meals are provided by Lola’s Cafe each day and served to the group. Yoga Strength and Flexibility Sessions are also available with Stone Wave Yoga.
