This triathlon training camp in New Paltz is a three day camp close to the Metro NYC area. Based in the foothills of the Catskills, this area provides moderate hills on the bike and gravel trails on the run past beautiful farms, fields and cliffs. Swims will be at local pools. This is the ideal training ground for races such as the American Zofingen in May and the S.O.S Triathlon in September.  

Accommodations are at the the newly designed Minnewaska Lodge. Breakfast is served in the Great Room each morning. Everyone will gather there or on the outdoor deck for Daily Briefings and Information Sessions. Healthy plant based meals are provided and prepared on site. Relax in the evening around the fire pit in the rear yard overlooking the Shawangunk Mountains.
