We have a network of coaches, nutritionists, physical therapists and experienced athletes available to our athletes during camps. If a team or group does not have their own coaches, we will incorporate our professionals to lead workouts and discussions. They bring a high level of expertise on everything endurance and share their knowledge with the group.
Earl is the Director of Tailwind Endurance and has been heavily involved in the triathlon and endurance community for over 20 years as an athlete, coach, mentor and entrepreneur.

Erika Mitchener is the founder of Plant Power Boot Camp, an 8-week group training program online that combines strength training, vegan nutrition and positive mindset coaching. She is a certified personal trainer, plant-based nutritionist, and an all around vegan athlete. Her specializations include strength and conditioning training, martial arts, and endurance training. With over 15 years combined experience in the fitness industry, she coaches men and women athletes to everyday gym heroes from all over the world to achieve their goals on a whole food plant-based diet.

Claire Shorenstein (MS, RD, CDN) is a NYC-based Registered Dietitian and Road Runners Club of America certified running coach. She counsels a wide variety of clients both virtually and in person, with specialties including sports nutrition, weight loss, chronic disease prevention and management, emotional eating, and general healthy eating.

Clayton Shiu is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with 20 years’ experience practicing acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as a New York State licensed practitioner. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from Boston University and a master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, ranked in the top 10 acupuncture schools in the U.S. and an institution widely recognized for excellence in its acupuncture curriculum and clinical training.
