Arrive and get settled at BaseCamp Lodges (late afternoon)

Shake out easy 15 mile bike ride

Welcome Orientation on the deck

Bike Maintenance Demo

Dinner at Lake Placid Brewery

Day 02

Wake and breakfast (0630)

Daily Preview on the deck (0730)

Swim session: short, drills, sighting

Bike session: 40-60 mile ride as reconnaissance for familiarization, nutrition and timing

Run session : Easy 10-15 minute transition run

Rest and Recover period

Debrief on the deck

Nutrition Discussion

Dinner on the deck


Day 03

Wake and breakfast (0630)

Daily Preview on the deck (0730)

Swim session: short, group starts, pacing, free

Bike session: 50 -100 mile ride to execute what we practiced on Day 02

Run session: 20 minute run on Mirror Lake Drive

Rest and Recover period

Debrief on the deck

Nutrition/Electronics/Gear Discussion

Dinner at Big Slide

Day 04

Wake and breakfast

Daily Preview on the deck

Swim session: long free swim

Run session: long run on the IM run course

Debrief and depart for some

Day 05

Bike session: 40-60 mile ride
